Obstetric trauma is considered to be a complication of difficult deliveries. They generally concern 5 to 7 new born baby among 1000 live births. Obstrecal fracture of the clavicle is one of the most common lesions of obstetric trauma. It is usually unilateral and occurs after a dystocic birth. Bilateral involvement of the clavicles during obstetric trauma is rare. We report a case of bilateral obstetrical fracture of the clavicle during a eutocic delivery with favorable evolution.
